THE BLADE
Our high carbon, stainless steel blades are hand finished by Victornox in
Switzerland by skilled craftsmen. We use a special tempering process to produce an edge that can be resharpened over and over again

All of Victorinox handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension. They give you a natural fit in traditional classic
rosewood, nylon and Fibrox. Patented Fibrox handles are NSF approved, dishwasher safe and slip resistant

bacteria. Our nylon, Fibrox and Santoprene handles are NSF approved.
SAFETY
A sure*grip handle with a finger guard is a valuable feature since the handle
inevitably gets greasy, wet, or both. Fibrox handles are slip resistant when wet for
maximum safety.
