Pay Pal charges for postage by
only by price of item. This is sometimes incorrect. We had to use the
"sales tax tool" to add
a postage surcharge for weight and
distance. It is
NOT TAX.
We know we're upside down,
having relatively "inexpensive" merchandise that is big and heavy, and
costly to ship.
Postage from S. FL to "west of the Rockies" is at least 50%
higher than east of the Rockies due to weight and distance.
"Sales Tax"
outside FL
is NOT sales tax. It is a
postage surcharge.

This will give a general idea of your weight, zone and postage cost.
Smaller, lighter ceramics
have a shipping weight of
approx, 3 to 4.5 lbs. each.They include but are
not limited to:
Sugar/creamer, Pump & counter set, napkin-S&P,
wind chimes, napkin/paper towel holder, spice racks, pitcher w/kitchen tools,
Starting at approximately 8 lbs. each
set.Burner covers, cookie jars, and 3pc storage
jars, clocks,
the wall utensils are not as heavy,
but the box is oversized and costs extra postage under the new rates.
The lighthouse
cookie jar with clock weighs approx 15 lbs.
4-jar Canister sets start at over 14 pounds. The post office has surcharges
for heavy weight and oversized cartons.
Some Canister sets have had shipping weights of 18 pounds.
(Some Insured parcels to CA, WA, or OR have actually cost $26.00 for one
canister set, plus $4.00 for packing materials,
handling fee)

: Zips starting with 7 through 9 West of the Rockies,
are in zone 8.
Zones 4 through 7 are west of the Mississippi and north of MD. Zones 1 thru 3 are
