Our high carbon, stainless steel blades are hand finished by Victornox in

All of Victorinox handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension. They give you a natural fit in traditional classic rosewood, nylon and Fibrox. Patented Fibrox handles are NSF approved, dishwasher safe and slip resistant
