CARE of Rada Cutlery
You need only soak any stainless steel blades
in warm water, and mild (Palmolive) liquid
as necessary up to ten minutes. Rinse, and DRY thoroughly, immediately.
Hand washing is recommended on all stainless steel. Dishwasher
detergent (or handles that are not promptly dried) will cause
the shiny handles to dull or spot. |

SHARPENING
How to sharpen Rada Cutlery.
Honing is supposed to reset the molecules, not "grind" the blade. Repeated "grinding" ruins the
temper on any blade, causing the knife to go dull too frequently.
To Sharpen
Simply stand your blade between the two
wheels.
Glide knife toward you, lightly skimming the wheels a few
strokes.
